Part 1 - Yin Yoga Basic Series
Course Description: This Part 1 - 50 Hours Yin Yoga Teacher Training Course dives deep into the five elements and fascia therapy, the two key components of this healing yoga style. You’ll learn how to bring your students into a deep state of relaxation, release physical and mental tension, and rebalance your nervous system.
**After attending and completing the entire course, you will be awarded your "YACEP-50 hoursYin Yoga Training Course Part 1" certificate issued by Hong Kong Yoga Academy, which is officially approved by the Yoga Alliance Continuing Education.
Part 2 - Advanced Series
Course Description: Along with learning the fundamental yin poses, you’ll study yin Anatomy, the meridians and elements from Chinese Medicine, and fascia and myofascial release. You’ll also learn how to weave in meditation techniques, mantras, mudras, and breathing practices to create holistic and deeply nourishing yin classes.
**After attending and completing the entire course, you will be awarded your "YACEP-50 hoursYin Yoga Training Course Part 2" certificate issued by Hong Kong Yoga Academy, which is officially approved by the Yoga Alliance Continuing Education.
Part 3 - Teaching Series
Course Description: This comprehensive Part 3 -50 Hours Yin Yoga Teacher Training Course includes yin yoga teaching technique, pranayama, meditation, and mindfulness, moving well beyond the western asana style of yoga and deep into the energetic realm. You’ll learn how to weave the pillars of mindfulness into your practice and understand the powerful benefits of the breath and yin yoga postures.
****After attending and completing the entire course, you will be awarded your "YACEP-50 hours Yin Yoga Training Course Part 3" certificate issued by Hong Kong Yoga Academy, which is officially approved by the Yoga Alliance Continuing Education.
Part 4 - Sound Healing Series
Course Description: This diverse Part 4 - 50 Hours Sound Healing Teacher Training Course enables you to facilitate a range of different passive and participative group sound therapy sessions. It not only includes soundbaths and gongbaths but also covers drum journeys (the ancient roots of many 21st century sound therapy methods), ‘Rhythm of Life’ sessions – where we use rhythm, movement and mindfulness to bring balance and harmony, and narrative soundscapes. A narrative soundscape can help people to re-frame life-limiting beliefs, fears, phobias and trauma and develop life-affirming strategies for the future.
