Manis reserves the right to make any modifications on price, information and quantity without prior notice, final order confirmation is subject to the stock availability. Delivery Service and Charge Delivery Service Yoga For All Consultancy Limited will provide flat rate delivery service to Hong Kong commercial and residential address. Extra delivery charge is applied to remote areas and will be further notice after receiving the order. All orders deliver to Hong Kong address are operated by courier company, delivery charge and time as below: Delivery Method & Charge :
Remote areas including but not limited to: Shek O, Sai Kung, Disneyland, Chek Lap Kok, Lau Fau Shan, Lung Kwu Tan, Lam Tsuen Yuen Long, Lam Tsuen Tai Po, Lion Rock, Kam Shan, Tai Mo Shan, Tai Lam, Pat Sin Leng, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Tung Chung
Delivery service is not available in the following areas: Sha Tau Kok, Ta Kwu Ling, Man Kam To, Mai Po, Lok Ma Chau, Closed Area, Lo Wu, Po Toi, Tung Lung Chau, Grass Island, Crooked Island (Kat O), Tung Ping Chau, Mui Wo, Lamma Island, Peng Chau, Cheung Chau, Tai O, Lantau Island
For the Macau (or other areas) orders, we will use “Charge to Receiver” payment method for the delivery service. - Under the issuance of No.8 Gale or Storm Signal or Black Rainstorm Signal, it may cause to delay the delivery time, we will contact the customers if the delivery schedule has been changed. - If customers cannot receive the product(s) at appointed delivery time, Manis reserves the right to collect the extra charge from customers for re-delivery service. - If the delivery address has been changed, please contact us immediately for further arrangement. - Manis reserves the right of absolute discretion to reject delivery the product(s) to any customer. Delivery Time Yoga For All Consultancy Limited will pack and send out the product(s) within 3 working days after receiving your order and payment, delivery time estimate depends on courier companies dispatching schedules and routing, as well as weather and traffic conditions. Working day is defined Hong Kong time from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., excluding public holidays. All orders will be processed in the next working day after confirmation of payment.
Return Conditions and Related Policies Product Damage We try our best to ensure that all products are of a high quality before delivering to customers. The product(s) may be destroyed during delivery process, please reject to receive the product(s) if this happened and please contact our customer service department for arrangement within 7 days. Return If you find any quality problem of product(s) within 7 days, please contact customer service department immediately for arrangement, all products purchased from online shop cannot be exchanged or refunded in Manis retail counters or shops. If the product(s) needs to return to our company, we will assign the courier to collect the product(s) and delivery charge is afforded by customers. Besides, please keep well the product(s) before collecting by courier and product(s) must be in the same condition as when originally purchased. Products you are returning should not been cleaned, damaged or used. Manis has absolute right to determine the condition of products. Customers need to show the valid receipt for product return under return policy. Yoga For All Consultancy Limited does not offer warranty service, fair wear and tear is not a reason of return under policy.
Force Majeure Yoga For All Consultancy Limited is excused from performing its supply obligations where and so long as prevented from doing so by reason of events beyond its reasonable control.Yoga For All Consultancy Limited will endeavor to notify customer of the delay and its expected duration. If so prevented for longer than a reasonable time, we may elect to cancel the order without liability to the buyer.
Other Terms These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the People's Republic of China and Manis agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts. Yoga For All Consultancy Limited may revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If any dispute arises, Yoga For All Consultancy Limited determination shall be final. Where these terms and conditions are available in Chinese, the English version is the governing version and shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the two versions. |
