Part 4. Teaching Experience 50-65 Hours

In the fourth part of the RYT-300 Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training program, we place a strong emphasis on practical teaching experience, providing students with valuable opportunities to apply the theories and techniques they have learned in the classroom. Students will learn how to convey their teaching skills to students with clear and concise instructions, further refining their verbal guidance skills in the classroom. We emphasize the creation of a classroom atmosphere, including the use of music and how to establish effective communication with students. This section will focus on practical teaching experience, allowing students to continuously improve their teaching skills and confidence.

Students will have the opportunity to teach actual yoga classes and accumulate real teaching experience. This hands-on teaching will help students gain a deeper understanding of how to create an authentic classroom atmosphere and discover their own teaching style and methods. We encourage students to actively participate in practical teaching and provide various opportunities, including external teaching opportunities, so that students can accumulate the required teaching hours.

If students lack external teaching opportunities, we will assist in arranging opportunities for students to teach in different areas or provide opportunities to serve as assistants in the RYT-200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training program. This will help students accumulate the necessary teaching hours and provide practical experience to refine their teaching skills. The goal of Part 4 is to enable students to grow continually in practical teaching, build confidence, and master their unique teaching style. This educational experience in this section will lay a solid foundation for students to become exceptional yoga teachers.
