RYT-200 is where most people begin their yoga teacher training journey. This foundational course helps students build solid basics—covering essential asanas, safety principles, beginner anatomy, teaching language, and class structure. It’s designed to help you understand how to teach beginner-level classes and build your confidence as a teacher. Whether you're looking to start teaching or simply deepen your personal practice, RYT-200 is a great first step.

RYT-300 is the next level—designed for integration and depth. This course is for students who have completed RYT-200 and want to go further, whether or not they’re already teaching. It covers advanced asana techniques, class design, applied philosophy, energy systems, anatomy, and hands-on adjustments. It’s not about becoming a “perfect teacher,” but about gaining clarity in your teaching voice and personal practice. You'll benefit whether you plan to teach or not.

Our RYT-300 Advanced Teacher Training is a structured program that supports different learning needs—whether you want to refine your teaching skills or dive deeper into your own practice. We don’t expect you to be fully ready before joining; this course is designed to help you get there.

We ensure every student gets personalized guidance. You’ll study advanced asanas, sequencing, observation and adjustment skills, philosophy, bandhas (energy locks), anatomy, and body awareness. These aren’t just tools for teaching—they’ll also help you practice more clearly, safely, and intentionally.

If you aim to become a YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider) or design your own workshops, RYT-300 provides the foundation. Graduates receive an RYT-300 certificate recognized by Yoga Alliance and can upgrade to RYT-500 status. More importantly, you’ll gain a deeper, more complete understanding of your yoga journey—on and off the mat.

The course includes key modules to balance theory, practice, and personal development:

  • Advanced Yoga Philosophy and Anatomy Dive deeper into yoga philosophy, energy systems of the body and mind, and human anatomy to build a more comprehensive foundation for both teaching and personal practice. This module enhances your theoretical understanding and supports a more integrated approach to yoga.
  • Advanced Teaching Techniques & sequencing Learn how to design progressive class sequences and develop skills in hands-on adjustments and the effective use of yoga props. Strengthen your ability to observe body alignment, identify areas that need support, and guide students safely into poses. These are not just technical skills, but the basis for cultivating a refined and adaptable teaching approach.
  • Practical Teaching Experience Apply what you’ve learned in real-life settings and gain valuable teaching experience. This hands-on component helps build confidence and bridges the gap between theory and teaching.
  • Elective Specialization Modules Choose from a range of specialized modules tailored to your interests and goals::

Advanced Yoga Philosophy & Anatomy (75 Hours)

This module guides students to explore the deeper dimensions of yoga through key texts like the Bhagavad Gita and Yoga Sutras, helping them understand yoga as a way of life and apply its wisdom to personal growth and teaching.

The anatomy portion covers essential topics such as the function of breathing muscles, shoulder stability, pelvic floor, deep hip muscles, fascia, and hip adductors—key to alignment, balance, and injury prevention. Students will also learn how to recognize and respond to common issues like disc herniation and sciatica.

By integrating philosophy and anatomy, this module strengthens both self-practice and teaching, providing a well-rounded foundation to support others with clarity and confidence.

Rather than assigning mandatory teaching tasks, we provide flexibility—students can book our free teaching space and arrange their own practice sessions, whether with peers, friends, or the public. You'll also explore how to craft a welcoming class environment, from music and pacing to tone and student connection. Instructors are available to observe and give feedback when needed, helping you grow through hands-on practice and reflection.
