Class Terms and Conditions

Terms of Service

Please read these terms before enrolling, purchasing, or using any course or service. Payment means you agree to all terms.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

By booking, enrolling, purchasing, or using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. All paid fees are non-refundable, and class packages are non-transferable.

01 · Right to Change Class Arrangements

Yogarefine.com Such operational changes do not qualify for refund, transfer, or package extension.

02 · Packages Are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable

Once confirmed, class packages cannot be changed to another course or cancelled. All fees paid are non-refundable, and packages are non-transferable.

03 · Arrival Time

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before class for check-in and preparation. Classes start on time. Late students may not enter the yoga room.

04 · Locker Use

Yoga Refine / Yoga For All Consultancy Limited is not responsible for items kept in lockers.

05 · Absence

Absence is treated as voluntary forfeiture. Fees paid will not be refunded or transferred to another course.

06 · Cancel or Change a Booking

08 · QR Code Check-in

Students must scan their personal QR code at the front desk before class.

09 · Right to Refuse Entry

Yoga Refine / Yoga For All Consultancy Limited reserves the right to refuse entry when necessary.

10 · Payment Required for Booking

Payment is required when booking. You must have a valid package in your account or pay before class begins.

CEF · CONTINUING EDUCATION FUND

This course is listed as a reimbursable course under the Continuing Education Fund.

Eligible students who complete the course and meet the required criteria may apply for reimbursement from the CEF office.

01 · Tuition Is Non-Refundable Once Enrolment Is Confirmed

Once CEF Certificate in Yoga Teacher Training enrolment is confirmed, all tuition paid is non-refundable, regardless of reason.

02 · Course Place Is Non-Transferable

The enrolled course place is for the student only and cannot be transferred to a third party or used for another course or fee deduction.
