The purpose of this retreat is to explore the soul, relieve anxiety, enhance physical and mental health and changes lifestyle. For friends who want to relax and gain insight into mindfulness meditation and the nourish the seeds of inner joy, this is a chance to regain their present joy from the inside out!
In the retreat camp, we will learn to cultivate meticulous minds in different life details, practice from walking, living, sitting and laying without boundaries. This retreat is a practice platform that integrates yoga, meditation and life with the concept of yin and yang, so that when we go home, we undertand how the oeace and happiness gained on yoga mats extend to everyday life. At the same time, we will practice yogic and positive yoga, pranayama, spiritual training and ways to awaken the inner soul. Our retreat will not only focus on Shamatha and Vipashyana, but also enable us to visualize the fundamental living of our nature in interpersonal dynamics, both with ourselves and with others. We will develop Maitri's emotions or friendship to experience love, cultivate human predicament, concern and our inherent potential.
