Designed for students who want to learn Yoga Wheel in more depth. The course covers correct use of the wheel to improve balance and coordination, combining poses with the wheel, movement analysis, and how to use the wheel to support backbends, inversions, and balancing poses. After completion, students will receive a YACEP Yoga Wheel 14-hour training certificate issued by Hong Kong Yoga Academy.

Designed for students who want a deeper understanding of Ashtanga Yoga and its traditional sequence. The workshop covers the anatomy of breath and bandha, use of core bandha, breakdown of the basic sequence, alignment and transitions in Sun Salutations, seated poses and inversions, overcoming fear of advanced poses, and hands-on adjustment techniques.

This course focuses on how yoga can be used in functional training. Through five main areas — flexibility, core stability, joint mobility, neuromuscular control, and breath integration — it helps fitness enthusiasts, athletes, and anyone who wants to improve how they use their body to train more safely and efficiently.

6-hour Gua Sha Yoga Workshop meridian knowledge and self-care

6-Hour Gua Sha Yoga Workshop

This workshop combines yoga movement with gua sha techniques. Students will learn more about the meridian system and how gua sha can help ease shoulder and neck tightness, back discomfort, and muscle tension. The workshop also covers the pathways and functions of the three yin and three yang arm meridians, basic gua sha methods, and how to combine gua sha with yoga practice to improve circulation, ease stress, and support the body’s natural healing ability.

About Yoga Alliance CE Credits

Teachers who are already registered with Yoga Alliance at RYT-200 level or above must complete at least 30 CE hours every 3 years to maintain their registration.

Our YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider) workshops issue an US Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Certificate after completion. These hours can be officially reported to your personal Yoga Alliance CE record.
