From application to official admission, there are 6 steps. Spaces are limited. Admission is based on application order and assessment result, so early application is recommended.
STEP 1
Anyone interested in the course must submit the application form first. Admission is subject to qualification review and interview assessment. Spaces are limited.

Our staff will contact applicants who are initially suitable to arrange a trial class or interview. This helps us understand the student’s motivation, physical condition, and learning direction.
STEP 3
If the intake is already full, qualified applicants will be placed on the waiting list automatically. If a place opens up, applicants will be contacted in order.
STEP 4
Interview results will be sent by email and WhatsApp. Applicants will also receive a personal interview feedback report to help them understand their current level and learning direction.
STEP 5
Accepted students must complete the enrolment form and pay the first instalment of HK$6,240 before the deadline to confirm their place. Total tuition is HK$31,200. The remaining fee will be paid by instalments according to the course schedule.

STEP 6
After enrolment is confirmed, students will receive an official admission notice and student handbook. They may also arrange to collect course materials in advance before class starts.
Applicants must meet the following entry requirements:
✓ Academic Requirement
Applicants must have passed both Chinese and English in HKCEE at Grade E or above, or Level 2 or above in both Chinese and English in HKDSE, or hold equivalent or higher qualifications.
✓ Overseas / Mainland Graduates
Applicants must pass the school’s Chinese and English language test to show they meet the entry standard.
✓ Work Experience
At least 2 years of work experience.
✓ Interview and Physical Ability Test
Applicants must pass the school’s admission interview and pose ability assessment.
This course is approved under the Hong Kong Government’s Continuing Education Fund (CEF) (Course Code 43C166048). Eligible students may apply for fee reimbursement within one year after completing the course, if they meet the requirements of 80% attendance and a passing assessment result of 65% or above. The maximum subsidy is HK$25,000.

Applicants must meet all of the following conditions:
1. Residency Status
The applicant must be a Hong Kong resident with the right of abode, right to land, or permission to stay in Hong Kong without any restriction on stay. This generally includes persons with “A”, “R”, or “U” under date of birth on the Hong Kong ID card, or one-way permit holders from Mainland China who have settled in Hong Kong.
2. Age
There is no age limit for applicants.
3. Attendance and Result
The applicant must complete the course successfully, attend at least 80% of the total required class hours, and achieve an overall passing mark of 65% or above in the course assessment.
4. Tuition Fee and Subsidy Record
The applicant must have paid the tuition fee and must not have already received public funding for the same course, module, or credits under any other public funding scheme.

Applicants must submit their CEF application within 1 year after successfully completing the course, either electronically or by paper. Late applications will not be accepted.
Applicants can submit the CEF application form and required documents online through the GovHK website.
✓ With “iAM Smart+” digital signing
No printed copy is needed. Everything can be done online.
● Without “iAM Smart+”
After submitting online, the applicant must print the form, sign the declaration page, and send the original to the CEF Office within 1 month. Otherwise, the application will not be valid.
Applicants may submit the original completed application form together with copies of the required supporting documents, including Hong Kong ID card or one-way permit, benchmark test results and payment proof, plus a bank book or bank statement showing the applicant’s name, bank account number, and bank name / code.
