RYT-200 Foundation Teacher Training
A 200-hour yoga teacher training course for students who want to deepen their practice or begin a professional teaching path. Weekday and Sunday class options are available.

Which Course Should I Choose?
STAGE 1 · BEGINNER / PRACTITIONER
Start with RYT-200
Build a strong foundation in yoga practice, anatomy, teaching skills and class structure.
STAGE 2 · RYT-200 GRADUATE
Choose specialist modules or RYT-300
Develop your teaching direction through Prenatal Yoga, Senior Yoga, Yin Yang Yoga, Aerial Yoga or Advanced Asana Training.
STAGE 3 · ADVANCED DEVELOPMENT
Complete RYT-300 and apply for RYT-500
After completing RYT-200 and RYT-300 training hours, you may apply for Yoga Alliance RYT-500 registration.
