I practice yoga 3 days per week, sometimes two classes in a row, mainly in Hatha, and tried Ashtanga before. I am a flexible person and my good points in yoga are backbends, front split, middle split and fair in arm balancing and core strength such as crow pose, eight-angle pose, koundinyasana 1 & 2, boat pose and headstand etc. In my own practice, I strongly focusing on the correct alignment and breathing and always willing to learn.
Besides, I am a cheerful, passionate and patient person who always love to smile and giving warm encouragement to others. I have a good commanding voice which is clear and loud enough for a spacious classroom. My hobbies besides yoga are pole dancing and water sports, sporty type person in general. And my previous career is marketing executive after graduation from university.
