The main principle of this course are Royalty Stretching which created by Mr. Miao and sports rehabilitation. It is especially teaching from yoga anatomy’s point of view about the function of the main muscle of the different yoga body: how the muscle should work to complete the posture in a smooth and safe way; how to properly start the muscles and how to stretch the muscles to complete the posture; what if the use of inappropriate muscles and lead to the damage to the physical body. That is a compensation with the action of yoga to reach the focus of stretching.

1 -We will learn through the dismantling of the assessment and find obstacles to do yoga movements from difficult muscles. To identify the main reasons for the problem, activating the relaxation of the target muscles to strengthen the weakness of the forged body is the most direct way. We use the right direction of practice to avoid the use of other parts of the body compensation to complete the action.

2 -To learn the way to find out the soreness from the anatomical assessment of muscle function, and then use the scientific stretching method to solve the problem of student’s pain; by using the shortest time to find and solve the problem of physical injury.

3- More than 95% of the body's pain is not related to the pain area, but a variety of compensatory mechanism formed under the results of the pain area. An accurate assessment can make you clearly understand you and the others body. For example after a backbends posture: it may be your front neck tension and forcing a waist pressure causing excessive muscle back pain; or it may be tensions of shoulder, wrist, finger and front thighs causing low back pain, it may also be the shoulder, thigh and hips muscles are too weak resulting in low back pain. Everyone’s problem is different, find out the compensation and resolve it is the core of the course.
