"Yoga Philosophy" learns the origin and history of yoga, explores the origin and history of yoga as a philosophical basis, and refers to the meaning of the classical yoga class:Yoga sutra, 8 limbs of yoga, What they mean in yoga practice, and the true integration of yoga into our daily lives. We will discuss other important texts of yoga Sutra, and find the true meaning of practicing yoga according to the scriptures. We will also learn the correct attitude toward practice and become an excellent yoga teacher with both morality and practice. Exploring important tips on how to break through obstacles in yoga posture.

 For a real Yogi, needs to deepening the above eight. Practice Asana and Pranayama is important but it takes moral disciplines and positive duties, inner sense withdrawal to complete.

4 Yoga Lifestyle

a. Cleansing

Flexibily is mostly people understanding of yoga. Yoga is composed of asana, pranayama and cleansing like a golden triangle. Breathing (pranayama) can help to achieve better posture(asana) while cleansing can detox from the body to breathe smoothly.

b. Pranayama

Most of the yogi ignore breathing exercises. Pranayama is alwasys taken lightly and the beautiful yoga posture is often considered to be more important. In Sanskrit, 'Prana' means "Vital Life"; 'yama' means "in control". Pranayama through regular breathing and deliberately holding breath to stimulate and massage all the internal organs as to awaken your inner energy(Vital Life) which can be preserved, conditioning and enhanced. 

In yoga theory, when one controls the breath of life, one can then control the other energies in the universe. Even though Pranayama brings a certain degree of mystery, it is still an effective physical exercises we should practice.

c. Yoga Diet

Ayurveda」 means "Science of Life", 「Ayu」 means "longevity"; 「Veda」 means "knowledge" or "method". According to the Ayurvedic philosophy, human energy can be divided into the following three types: Vata (Sanskrit: wind mainly), Pitta (mainly fire) and Kapha (mainly water and earth) ; choose the corresponding diet to adjust the body and mind of state to achieve the most healthy and balanced life. Learning yoga diet is one of benefit to practice yoga.
