Course Description:
Enhance participants' understanding of their own meridians and self-care capabilities by combining yoga and Gua Sha. Provide practical skills and knowledge to help participants use Gua Sha for self-care and treatment in daily life. Strengthen the effects of Gua Sha through yoga poses, promoting smooth meridian flow and overall health.
- Explanation of the distribution and function of the Yang side (outer and back side) and the Yin side (inner and front side) of the hands.
-Understanding the paths and roles of the Three Yin Meridians (Lung, Pericardium, and Heart) and the Three Yang Meridians (Large Intestine, Triple Burner, and Small Intestine).
- Integration of yoga poses to enhance the perception and flow of the meridians.
- Mastering the basic techniques of Gua Sha and the correct use of tools.
- Demonstrating how to perform Gua Sha on the arms, targeting specific points along different meridians.
- Enhancing the effects of Gua Sha through complementary yoga poses to promote the body’s self-healing.
- Understanding common illnesses and symptoms that arise from blocked meridians or stagnant Qi and blood.
