It is very important to see your progress in yoga practice and teachings, so whether you want to improve your flexbility or tackle your current problems more accurately, you may wish to take this opportunity to discover how to do the asanas correctly for your students and for yourself. Learn the important skills of breaking through obstacles in practice, deeply feel and enhance your and others' yoga growth brought by each practice, establish a solid foundation for your practice to help students at all levels! The course will systematically correct your body alignment to enhance your knowledge for your future in teaching yoga. Let's start from the beginning and advance to a deeper understanding, to complete the basic movements with the body and arm balance techniques. This course let each student first learn and thoroughly master the upper body strength and target Inversion training methods, to enhance every student's ability to challenge and master difficult Asanas and movements.

Karen 1999 start with Bikram yoga and tradition Hatha yoga . 2005 go Mysuru India starting with practice ashtanga with Guruji and Sharath Jois till now. Almost every year back Mysuru India to practice with sharathji. Alex Medin is my main Ashtanga teacher when I m not in India. Ana Forrest , Paul Grilley also my inspire teachers in my yoga path. Also join Tiwariji pranayama practice + some tradition detox training with some Indian master. Starting her prenatal and post training in Australia since 2010 with difference experience teachers and became a Flyoga master training from 2012.

**You must have already graduated with a 200-hour registered Yoga Alliance school in order to participate in this program. This course needs to be finished within 3 years.
