-You will follow all instructions given to you by Yoga Refine Yoga teachers or guest teachers and you acknowledge that any failure to do so will be at your own risk and may cause injury.
-Yoga For All Consultancy Limited " Yoga Refine" is in no way liable for any injury, loss of property or death resulting from attending the studio.
-Yoga Package registration is not transferable to another individual.
-Class cancellations can be made via our booking system yogarefine.com 2 hours prior to your class start time without penalty, non-cancellations, no show or absent will result in forfeiting that visit. If you do not attend a booked session or cancel within 2 hours of class start time, you will be charged for the class.
-Yoga For All Consultancy Limited " Yoga Refine" has the right to refuse entry at anytime.
-Payment needs to be made upon booking. To book into a class you must either have credits in your account or pay at the time of arriving before the class starts.
-You agree that you have been examined by a qualified medical practitioner within the past six months and have been found by such practitioner to be in good physical health and physically able to perform all yoga exercises.
-Classes at Yoga Refine may be physically strenuous and you voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death.
-Agree to the terms of service that Yoga For All Consultancy Limited " Yoga Refine" absolute permission to publish photographs of you taken at Yoga Refine's classes, teacher training, workshops or any other yoga-related activities within Yoga Refine. These images/photos/video may be reproduced or published for Training, Marketing, Advertising purposes only. Media, Images, Video will not be used or sold to third parties.
-Force Majeure - Any cause beyond our control including, without limitation, act of God, war, insurrection, riot, civil disturbances, acts of terrorism, fire, explosion, flood, theft of essential equipment, malicious damage, strike, lockout, lockdown, weather, third party injunction, national defence requirements, acts or regulations of national or local governments. We will not be liable to you for failure to perform any obligation to the extent that the failure is caused by Force Majeure. Any lesson will be re-scheduled to time and dates by Yoga For All Consultancy Limited. Payments is non-negotiable and non-refundable.

Teacher Training / Workshop
-Teacher Training Program's content may only be used for your personal, non-commercial use. For this purpose alone you may retrieve and display the Content on a computer screen, except for this, you agree not to download, copy, reproduce, modify, store, archive, show in public/social media, redistribute or commercially exploit in any way any part of the content without the prior written permission of Yoga For All Consultancy Limited. You agree not to use the content for any illegal or improper purpose, nor for any purpose which might infringe the rights of others or which might harass or cause inconvenience or distress to any person.
-You also agree to abide by all copyright notices and restrictions attached to the books / training materials content and not to remove or alter any such notice or restriction or alter the content in any way.
-You will follow all instructions given to you by Yoga For All Consultancy Limited " Yoga Refine" Yoga trainers and you acknowledge that any failure to do so will be at your own risk and may cause injury.
-Yoga For All Consultancy Limited " Yoga Refine" is in no way liable for any injury, loss of property or death resulting from attending the studio.
-Remains of Teacher Training Program can only be extended to the following term.
-Valid changes of the teacher training / workshop are subject to HK$2000 processing fee since you have confirmed.
-All deposits and balances for teacher training / workshop are non-refundable and non-transferable.
-Only with 80% attendance and completion of the course and passed the exam will students receive a certificate
-Agree to the terms of service that Yoga For All Consultancy Limited " Yoga Refine" absolute permission to publish photographs of you taken at Yoga Refine's classes, teacher training, workshops or any other yoga-related activities within Yoga Refine. These images/photos/video may be reproduced or published for Training, Marketing, Advertising purposes only. Media, Images, Video will not be used or sold to third parties.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
-No refunds for cancellations will be given starting 14 days before.
-Workshop / teacher training registration is not transferable to another individual or any other courses.
-Valid refunds are subject to HK$2000 processing fee that will be deducted from your refund.

-You should be aware that in participating in the physical activities available at Yoga Refine or Yoga For All consultancy limited sessions, and in using the Yoga Refine or Yoga For All consultancy limited facilities and / or the Yoga Refine or Yoga For All consultancy limitead equipment there is the risk or possibility of injury.
-You voluntarily accept the risk of injury involved in such participation and use and agree that neither Yoga Refine or Yoga For All consultancy limited, nor its/their employees or agents shall be responsible for any claims, demands,damages, losses, loss of profit or business, actions or legal proceedings due to death, injury, loss, damage to your person or property or to the person or property of other participants in the physical activities available at Yoga Refine or Yoga For All consultancy limited Yoga session / Yoga workshop /Yoga Training.
-You hereby agree to defend, indemnify on demand and hold harmless Yoga Refine or Yoga For All consultancy limited, any of its/ their employees or agents from all claims which may be brought against them for such injuries of claim as aforesaid and all cost and expenses incidental thereto.
-Yoga Refine or Yoga For All consultancy limited is not responsible for any items lost or stolen on its premises for its premises for any reason whatsoever. You are solely responsible for taking care of your personal belongings on the premises.

-"半途出伽顧問有限公司"Yoga Refine對使用本公司儲物櫃的財產保管不承擔任何責任。
-如缺席課堂，將當作自動放棄，已繳交之學費不會退還，亦不能轉讀其他課程。
-課堂以先預約先得形式進行確定，名額有限，額滿即止。
-同學上堂前需要先到前台掃描會員專屬QR code 簽到check-in確認。
-如有特殊情況發生 "半途出伽顧問有限公司"Yoga Refine有權隨時拒絕任何人進入。
-必需要在預訂時付款，預訂課堂您必須在您的帳戶中存入套票或在抵達時課堂開始前先付款。
-若會員因健康情況、身體受傷或懷孕，而暫時不適合運動，需要申請暫停計算套票有效期，會員可在不涉及洩露個人私隱資料的情況下，將有效的醫生證明書WhatsApp至 61040100，向本公司申請暫停計算套票有效期，本公司將按會員情況酌情處理。如會員所提供的醫生證明書不完整或欠清晰，本公司有權拒絕有關之申請。
-若會員因私人理由、離港公幹、社會活動等非本公司所控範圍之因素為由，需要申請或要求暫停計算套票有效期，每次申請本公司將收取港幣500元作行政費。
-套票適用於預約本公司在Yogarefine.com系統內顯示的所有課堂，不限類型、地區或時段使用，但不包括教師培訓/工作坊的課堂。部分課堂或會因課堂時間較長或課堂類型特殊等，會於預約系統特別註明需扣減的堂數要求。
-您將遵循Yoga Refine 的老師或客座老師給您的所有敎授建議和說明，並且承擔自身的風險或可能造成身體的任何傷害，"半途出伽顧問有限公司" Yoga Refine對因參加任何課堂所造成的任何傷害，財產損失或死亡概不負責。

-若您患有任何傳染性、傳播性疾病或外傷小恙（包括但不限於：開放性傷口，擦傷，開放性潰瘍或輕微感染），可能對您的健康、安全、舒適度或其他參與者的健康情況造成不利影響，任何上述情況都不適合參加工作坊課程/教師培訓課程。 如果對上述情況有任何疑問，請與Yoga Refine工作人員聯繫。
-若您懷有身孕、正在服藥、正患有疾病困擾或有過往病史，強烈建議您在參與培訓課程中的鍛煉之前，向有資質的醫生徵求建議。
-工作坊課程/教師培訓課程禁止任何受毒品或酒精影響的人參加。
-工作坊課程/教師培訓課程報名一經確定後不得更改至其他課程或取消，所有已繳付之費用不設退款，課程名額亦不得轉讓，購買及報名前請先衡量相關風險。
-工作坊/教師培訓學生應盡量避免遲到或早退若要在課堂早退或請假，應在上課前24小時預先致電通知說明早退原因及時間，讓導師有所準備及能及早安排，如學員較原定上課時間遲到或早退逾十五分鐘，而未能提供合理解釋，或導師認為學生的遲到或早退嚴重影響課堂進度，學生的出席紀綠將會不獲承認，並視為缺席該課堂，如在沒有通知的情況下缺席課堂，將當作自動放棄，已繳交之學費不會退還，亦不能獲得補課安排。
-工作坊/教師培訓學生如因未能適應或私人原因需要中途退學，可書面通知本公司，惟本公司不會發還任何已繳費用。本公司最終有權決定是否酌情處理稍後的補課安排，詳情可與我們聯絡。
-工作坊/教師培訓學生於工作坊課程/教師培訓課程的出席率必須達到百分之八十以上，否則，將不獲取考試資格，並不能頒發畢業證書。
-您知悉並自願承擔 (i) 評估個人體能和健康情況的責任（包含向醫生進行恰當的諮詢）(ii) 下列練習中相應存在的受傷風險：任何工作坊課程/教師培訓課程所涉及的身體活動，參與瑜伽或培訓課程相關的練習(統稱 「練習」)，包括 Yoga Refine場館設施之外的練習。 您自願承擔全部責任，接受受傷的風險以及參與培訓課程的各種練習可能造成的身體損傷及不適。

-在工作坊課程/教師培訓課程開始前14天或在任何本公司酌情接受的情況下申請退款均需收取工作坊$1000/教師培訓$2000行政費用並將在退款總額中扣除。
